Position Overview:
The Customer Service Manager / Agency Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of Ed Garcia Agencies. This role involves supervising a team of Service & Sales managers, implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the agency meets its sales targets and customer service goals. You will play a vital role in driving the success and growth of the agency, while upholding the values and standards of State Farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management:
    •  Interview, train, and supervise a team of insurance professionals.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team member to enhance their skills and productivity.
    • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
  2. Sales and Business Management:
    • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to generate new business and expand the agency's customer base.
    • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
  3. Customer Service:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by the agency team.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Ensure Agencies is foster long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, advice, and personalized service.
  4. Agency Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including sales and service tasks from direct reports, ensuring that operating systems and procedures are being followed by agency team members and that there is compliance with State Farm policies and procedures
    • Monitor agency performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for management. 
  5. Training and Development:
    • Stay current with State Farm products, services, and processes.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and provide resources to team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
    • Encourage professional development and continuous growth and learning within
      the agency.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, software, and technology relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensación: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
